Marina was appointed to the Board of Adore Beauty in October 2020 as a Non-Executive Director and is Chair of the Board.
With a background in media, Marina has worked in executive roles across a range of listed and private companies and in non-executive roles across a diverse range of sectors.
Marina is currently a non-executive director on the boards of Transurban Group, Energy Australia, 7-Eleven and Autosports Group.
Marina holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales. She is a member of O’Connell Street Associates, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chief Executive Women.

Jason Murray was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair-elect of Adore Beauty on 1 November 2025.
Jason is a seasoned industry Director and executive with more than two decades of experience gained at major multi-branded retail companies. Previous executive roles include CEO and Managing Director at Just Group Ltd (Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti, Jacqui E, Peter Alexander, and Smiggle), CEO of Pepkor South East Asia (Best & Less, Harris Scarfe, and Postie Plus), and Group CEO of Best & Less Group Holdings Limited.
Jason's Board experience includes Executive Director of Pepkor Holdings Limited (South Africa), Non-Executive Chair and Executive Chair of Best & Less Group Holdings.
He is currently a part-time Board advisor and external consultant to the Brand Collective retail business - a major subsidiary of the Larry Kestelman Group.

Sandra was appointed to the Board of Adore Beauty in October 2020 as a Non-Executive Director and is Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.
Sandra is an experienced independent non-executive director. She serves on the boards of a diverse range of entities across financial services, convenience and retail and resources companies.
Sandra serves on the boards of a number of ASX listed entities and chairs a number of audit and risk committees.
She is a member of the board of the National Disability Insurance Agency and a member of the Council of the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Formally a partner of PwC for 16 years, Sandra holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand. She is a Graduate member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors and is a life member of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Institute of Australia and a Certified Compliance Professional (Fellow).

Lisa Hennessy was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Adore Beauty in June 2022. Lisa is the Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee.
Lisa has extensive non-executive director experience across listed, private and not-for-profit organisations.
Previously, Lisa has held executive roles within global organisations and enterprise software businesses, including Bain, General Electric and Del Monte Foods working across the USA, Australia and EMEA.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science (Electrical Engineering) from Purdue University, an MBA from Harvard University and is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lisa is currently Lead Independent and Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Nitro Software Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Cleanspace Holdings Limited.

James Height

James is a co-founder of Adore Beauty and was joint CEO since the Company’s inception until 2018, and then sole CEO between 2018 and August 2020.
James brings a deep understanding of the Company’s operational and marketing capabilities.
James has been jointly responsible for the Group’s strategy.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business Management from Monash University.
