Sacha Laing

Chief Executive Officer

Sacha joined as CEO of Adore Beauty in September 2024. Sacha brings more than 25 years of physical, online, and wholesale retail industry experience to Adore Beauty, including as Group CEO and Director of Alquemie Group, a premium omni- channel retail group that owns and operates retail brands. Previously, Sacha was CEO of General Pants Co and CEO of Colette by Colette Hayman. He has also held executive leadership roles with several iconic Australian retail brands, including Country Road Group and David Jones.

Sacha holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management), a Graduate Diploma Accounting & Finance, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Marcus Crowe

Chief Financial Officer

Marcus joined Adore Beauty as CFO in January 2026. An experienced financial and commercial leader, Marcus brings more than 25 years' experience across the ASX-listed and tier one chartered environment. He was previously the CFO at retail companies The PAS Group and Clark Rubber, as well as ASX-listed healthcare business Paragon Care Limited (ASX: PGC). He has also held senior leadership roles at Target and logistics group Boom Logistics (ASX:BOL).

Marcus holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Commercial Law and Financial Planning), a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, a Graduate Diploma Applied Corporate Governance, and is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Marcus is also a Fellow Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Gareth Williams

Chief Technology Officer

Gareth Williams has worked with Adore Beauty since 2015 and became the Chief Technology Officer in October 2017. Gareth led Adore Beauty’s transition to the HighJump warehouse management system and the headless commerce transformation. Gareth is currently leading Adore Beauty’s mobile application development.

Prior to joining Adore Beauty, Gareth held roles at Tangent Snowball Australia for over four years, acting as a main point of contact for key clients including Borders Australia (now Bookworld).

Gareth holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from Keele University.

Sarah Mullen

Chief Operations Officer

Sarah Mullen joined Adore Beauty in 2013 and became the Chief Operations Officer in June 2019. Sarah leads the brands merchandising, customer service, planning and warehouse departments of the business.

Prior to joining Adore Beauty, Sarah was in the Product Development team at Forever New Clothing, and held roles at the Just Group.

Sarah is currently a member of the Australia Post Customer Advisory Group.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business (Retail Management) from the University of Victoria.

Jacq Vuleta

Chief Customer and Merchandise Officer

Jacq Vuleta joined Adore Beauty as Chief Customer and Merchandise Officer in January 2025. An experienced retail executive, Jacq brings extensive experience across customer, merchandise, marketing, operations and eCommerce, with a strong track record of driving commercial growth and leading high-performing teams.

Prior to joining Adore Beauty, Jacq was Chief Operating Officer at Alquemie Group, having previously served as the Group’s Chief Customer Officer. She has also held a number of senior leadership roles at General Pants Co., including Chief Customer Officer, Chief Marketing and Merchandise Officer and General Manager, as well as senior operational roles at David Jones and DFS Group.

Kylie Archer

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Kylie joined Adore Beauty as Interim Chief Financial Officer in July 2026. An accomplished finance executive, Kylie brings more than 30 years' experience across ASX-listed, privately owned, and private equity-backed businesses. Kylie has held CFO roles at a number of retailers including Nick Scali Limited (ASX: NCK), Winning Group, Seafolly, and Diva.

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA), and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Milly Gunn

Interim Chief People Officer

Milly Gunn was appointed Interim Chief People Officer at Adore Beauty in June 2026. She is an experienced people and culture executive with more than 15 years' experience across retail, eCommerce and consumer businesses.

Milly originally joined Adore Beauty in 2018, where she led the People & Culture function through both the private equity ownership and ASX listing phases. After taking time to start her family, she transitioned into HR consulting, continuing to support Adore Beauty while partnering with a range of Australian businesses before being appointed Interim Chief People Officer in 2026. She has also held senior HR leadership roles at Koko Black Chocolate and Fonda Mexican.

Milly holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) from Victoria University.
