Tamalin joined as CEO of Adore Beauty in January 2023, where she is responsible for the management of the business and its strategic development.
Tamalin brings more than two decades’ retail leadership to Adore Beauty, including CEO, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer roles at Best Friends Pets and My Pet Warehouse, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries’ Priceline & Priceline Pharmacy (API), Kathmandu and Spotlight Retail Group. Tamalin was also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Baby Bunting.
Tamalin holds a Master’s degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Oxford (UK), a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Stephanie Carroll joined Adore Beauty in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the finance, risk and compliance functions.
Stephanie has over 20 years’ experience in Finance with experience across a number of industries including fast moving consumer goods, retail banking and tertiary education. Prior to joining Adore Beauty, Stephanie was the Head of Finance at Coca-Cola Amatil (ASX: CCL).
Stephanie is a Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Sydney.

Gareth Williams has worked with Adore Beauty since 2015 and became the Chief Technology Officer in October 2017. Gareth led Adore Beauty’s transition to the HighJump warehouse management system and the headless commerce transformation. Gareth is currently leading Adore Beauty’s mobile application development.
Prior to joining Adore Beauty, Gareth held roles at Tangent Snowball Australia for over four years, acting as a main point of contact for key clients including Borders Australia (now Bookworld).
Gareth holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from Keele University.

Sarah Mullen joined Adore Beauty in 2013 and became the Chief Operations Officer in June 2019. Sarah leads the brands merchandising, customer service, planning and warehouse departments of the business.
Prior to joining Adore Beauty, Sarah was in the Product Development team at Forever New Clothing, and held roles at the Just Group.
Sarah is currently a member of the Australia Post Customer Advisory Group.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business (Retail Management) from the University of Victoria.

Dan Ferguson joined Adore Beauty in 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer, doubling returning customer growth and revenue in his first six months. Responsible for marketing, brand, retail media and loyalty, Dan has led high and sustained rates of customer acquisition and retention alongside new income growth through new channels and markets, the launch of retail media, and audience platforms including Adore Beauty’s Top 5 ranked Beauty IQ podcast.
Dan has over 20 years’ experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. Prior to joining Adore Beauty, Dan had extensive roles growing and leading e-commerce, multi-channel and online retail business in Australia for local and global brands, including Vistaprint, Officeworks, Dell with consistent average 2.5x business or portfolio growth across his tenure in these roles.
Dan currently serves as Board Advisor for Preezie and holds a Bachelor of Arts/Psychology (Honours) from the University of Sydney.

Nicola joined Adore Beauty as Chief Experience Officer in November 2023, following a six-month contract as a consultant. In the newly created role, Nicola is focused on continued customer innovation and transformation, leading our Technology, Data, Product and CX teams.
Recognised as a Top 50 CX Influencer globally, Nicola has more than 23 years’ digital and retail experience with previous roles including General Manager for Omni Experience at Myer, leading transformation at Jetstar, Head of Ecommerce at Forever New Clothing, and Group Online Manager at Kathmandu.
A member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science, Zoology, Microbiology and Palaeontology from the University of Canterbury, a post-graduate diploma in commerce from Lincoln University, and has completed Executive Leadership and Blockchain Strategy programs at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, where she is currently undertaking an Executive MBA. Nicola has also completed AI Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Nicole Speers joined Adore Beauty as Head of People and Culture in 2023.
Prior to Adore Beauty, Nicole was Head of People and Culture at Powershop Australia and Meridian Energy for five years, and spent seven years in senior HR roles at Telstra. Previously, Nicole was a recruitment consultant at Veredus Executive Search, Hays and KPMG.
Nicole holds a Master of HR Management from RMIT University.
